RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange if you return it within 14 days from the date of item receipt to return the item.  To return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached, including receipt and packing slip.

You have two options to return the item:

  1. you may return it in person to our location, 1485 St. Laurent Blvd. Ottawa ON K1G 3Z9 between the hours of 7am and 4pm or,
  2. ship it back by Canada Post (pre-paid as we do not accept COD deliveries) to the same address above to the attention of “Returns”. Please include a short note indicating the reason for the return.  Be sure to write your name, address and contact information as well.

If you have purchased the item in store and paid by debit card, you will need to return the item in store and present the same debit card for the refund.  If you made your purchase online, your credit card will be refunded accordingly, and a copy of the credit card receipt will be emailed to you.

Note, we only accept returns on the following conditions:

  • Incorrect size (harnesses, etc.)
  • Material defect
  • Incorrect item ordered

Refunds / exchanges will not be given to any items that have been deemed unacceptable due to normal wear and tear or neglect.
